AuthorMind AI is a React 19 + Vite + TypeScript single-page app built from Google AI Studio and transformed into a local run app with Claude Code, currently using only Gemini 3 Pro for non-fiction book writing across 7 phases (Setup → Architect → Blueprint → Drafting → Narrative → Evidence → Manuscript). It has local Storage persistence, no backend, and several incomplete features (Narrative phase is placeholder-only, Citation insertion is non-functional, Source Manager lacks file upload).
Goal: Transform this into a multi-LLM creative writing powerhouse where Claude handles creative drafting, Codex acts as an editorial reviewer, and Gemini retains its research/evidence role. Add NotebookLM for persistent memory, fix existing gaps, and use the idea-to-autonomous-execution skill for each major workstream.
